Licensed Nurse Consultant / Account Manager

Position Overview  The Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with our facilities, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth.

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, the role collaborates closely with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and enhance patient care.

This is a field-based position that requires daily local travel and occasional overnight travel.

• Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of the job role.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at the facilities.  Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and requirements.  Coordinate medication orders, deliveries, and inventory management.  Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare providers on medication therapy and compliance.  Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.  Identify opportunities for expanding services and introducing new products to meet client needs.  Conduct training sessions and educational programs for healthcare staff on medication management best practices.  Analyze data on medication usage and outcomes to optimize processes and improve patient care.  Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.  Collaborate with internal pharmacy teams to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients.    Physical Demands  The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
• Sitting for extended periods of time, computer usage including data entry for much of the workday, regular phone communication, handling paperwork and documentation, and participating in meetings.

Field position requiring frequent local travel throughout the state and occasional overnight stays.  Qualifications  Education & Experience :

Long term care pharmacy experience preferred.  Computer Skills :

Pharmacy and medication distribution software (EMAR, Pyxis Medbank, Frameworks preferred).  Language Skills :
