AUTOMOTIVE DETAILING EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION, APPLICATIONS WITH NO EXPERIENCE WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Position Overview :

  • We are seeking a dedicated and professional Detailer to join our team.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing exceptional detailing services to our carwash customers.
  • You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various cleaning techniques to deliver outstanding results.
  • This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, a clean driving record with valid driver’s license and excellent attention to detail.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive cars of various size through the wash bay, must be proficient with manual (“stick shift”) and automotive vehicles.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail are maintained.
  • Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including cleaning and detailing surfaces.
  • Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure the best results without damaging vehicle surfaces.
  • Assist customers with any inquiries or concerns regarding services offered, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the car wash area, including equipment and tools used in the washing process.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and professional work environment.

    • Requirements :

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in automotive detailing industry is a must Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for 8-10 hours per shift, bend and reach.

  • Competitive hourly wage of $17.00-20.00 per hour + Tips Health Care coverage. 401K match program of 5% (eligible after a 60-day probationary period).
