Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support international shipping and customs compliance. This role involves preparing documentation, verifying invoices, auditing customs entries, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth import / export operations while supporting quality assurance and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Free Trade Agreements (FTA) documentation
Familiarity with basic inspection or quality sampling procedures
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in developing logistics or trade compliance expertise

Required Qualifications

Upper secondary school education or equivalent

Basic experience in import / export or logistics clerical tasks

Attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures

Familiarity with office systems and basic reporting tools

Position Overview

Key responsibilities include :

Preparing and processing documentation for international shipments and receipts

Verifying shipping invoices and assessing duties and tariffs

Auditing customs entry data to ensure global trade compliance

Performing post-summary adjustments and reconciliations

Maintaining FTA documentation from suppliers

Conducting accurate data entry across company systems

Formatting and managing routine reports, letters, and memoranda

Filing and organizing records according to company procedures

Following operational schedules and established processes

Supporting quality assurance through basic sampling and inspection

Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
