Seeking BE / BC Family Medicine trained physicians to join established practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Opening : 16-18 patients per day 10 MD / DO, 6 APC's 34 patient contact hours & 6 hours admin time practice call in rotation with the group - limited to telephone call only & managing urgent patient messages (lab or x-ray results). Dedicated MA with RN support plus APP assistance in select locations Guaranteed salary for 3 years. Salary after 3 years is reset based on previous 12 months with reconciliation done bi-annually. Salary after protection period aligns with Primary Care Compensation Plan (Base salary, Panel Management Bonus, HRA). Average FM Panel size . Average IM panel size . Qualify for student loan forgiveness under PSLF, NM Health Professional Loan repayment program Opening : 16-18 patients per day 36 patient contact hours per day and 4 hours administrative time Pediatric practice call in rotation with the group - Call is rotated daily- manage newborn cal l 1in 6 (every 6th day they rotate) - 3 obgyn's whatever cases we can manage in house would be there if not shipped out. Dedicated MA with RN support Guaranteed salary for 3 years with production upside.
