Your Role : Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

As a CNA, you’ll provide personal care, monitor resident well-being, and ensure a clean, comfortable, and compassionate environment. You'll be a vital part of a team dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist residents with daily living tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)

Take and record vital signs, report health changes to nursing staff

Ensure residents are positioned comfortably and safely

Clean and prepare resident rooms (beds, overbed tables, water pitchers)

Identify residents correctly before administering care or meals

Respond promptly to call lights and perform routine rounds

Support nursing staff with additional duties as directed

Requirements :

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Missouri (required)

Current CPR / BLS certification (required)

Compassionate, team-oriented, and dependable

Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
