Your role

• Marketing Strategy & Innovation Lead the development of forward-thinking marketing strategies that leverage technology to enhance customer engagement, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
• MarTech Ecosystem Leadership Guide the selection, integration, and optimization of marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, analytics, content management, automation) to support scalable and data-driven marketing.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with product, data, creative, and IT teams to align marketing goals with platform capabilities and customer experience strategies.
• Customer-Centric Campaign Design Translate business and brand objectives into integrated marketing programs that are insight-driven and performance-focused.
• Stakeholder Engagement Serve as a strategic advisor to senior marketing and business leaders, helping them understand how to best leverage technology to achieve their goals.
• Operational Excellence Establish governance, measurement frameworks, and best practices to ensure marketing technology investments deliver ROI and support long-term growth.
