Programmer is a technical position that supports the development and maintenance of RCMS applications and solutions. The primary purpose of this position is to support the organizational goals of the RCMS by efficiently and effectively fulfilling the responsibilities of a Programmer.
Programmer will be responsible for handling multiple client projects including utilizing the available development tools to design, develop, and maintain web application solutions that support the achievement of core business requirements. The applications will use a variety of languages, such as C#, ASP, JavaScript, and ReactJS.

Develop, implement, and troubleshoot web-based solutions to ensure accurate functioning of the applicationsAbility to modify, repair, and update existing programs as well as develop new programming scriptsManages Protected Health Information (PHI) daily without compromising security and integrity of dataParticipates in educational programs to stay abreast of industry trends and changes in technologyPossesses ability to professionally communicate (in all forms) with clients and co-workers via e-mail, telephone, in-person, etc.Debugs and corrects issues discovered during testingCreate SQL tables, views, and proceduresDevelop and maintain documentation of development and revisionsConsistently meets or exceeds all established department standards and guidelinesAttends team and office meetings and scheduled events as requiredPossesses a cooperative and positive attitude toward clients, management, and co-workers by responding politely and professionallyAdheres to the HIPAA privacy and security regulationsAccepts change with a positive attitudePerforms other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge and Skills :
Thorough understanding of computer programming languages which may include C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, and othersStrong knowledge of the following :.Net Core, VB.NetCSS, and JQueryReact / Angular frameworkAsynchronous Processing / TPL (Task Processing Library)MVC (Model View Controller)Service Oriented Architecture / Micro-servicesThe ability to design and maintain a MS SQL Server databaseRecommended :
