Job Title : Superintendent (for ENR top 300 Contractor)

Job Location : Traveling

Compensation : $150k-$180k + Per Diem + Vehicle + Bonus

Requirements : 7+ years as a construction Superintendent with a focus on ground-up Multifamily projects

This is a full time / permanent position with an ENR top 300 General Contractor.  They are seeking an experienced Superintendent who has experience on ground-up multifamily projects exceeding $20M+. They have consistent work and offer competitive salaries + Bonus + strong benefits + travel home twice per month.

What You Will Be Doing

Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects from inception to completion

Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel

Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards

What You Need for this Position

8+ Years Experience as Construction Superintendent

Experience on ground-up Multifamily projects

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities
