Overview
Located in Hollister, CA, the Production Supervisor oversees and supervises the implementation of manufacturing activities in one or more production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals as well as ensuring cost objectives are met. Working cross functionally within the manufacturing operation, the role will prioritize production schedules based on product introductions, equipment efficiency, and material supplies. The position may also make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures, direct and indirect labor, along with developing schedules, and proposing staffing requirements.

Compensation and Compliance Details
Bonus or Equity This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 107,040 - 198,720.
Is this role subject to ITAR? The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations. Candidates must be U.S. Persons or be prepared to collaborate with the company in securing the necessary government export authorizations. Ongoing employment is dependent upon obtaining the appropriate government export authorizations.
