Loan Operations Specialist

Position Summary :  Join our dynamic team as a Loan Operations Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our loan process. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be essential in performing loan research, resolving issues, and processing loan payoffs.

Essential Job Duties :

• Loan Booking :  Accurately book new loans, renewals, modifications, letters of credit, and guidance lines of credit.
• SBA Loans :  Handle the booking of new SBA loans and ensure compliance with 1502 reporting to the FTA.
• Document Management :  Scan loan files and conduct thorough post-closing loan reviews.
• Payment Processing :  Post payments, draws, and principal reductions with precision.
• Quality Control :  Edit loans booked to the loan platform for accuracy and manage participation loan processing for both purchased and sold loans.
• Transaction Management :  Clear loan unposted transactions and address general loan questions and research.
• Account Balancing :  Balance loan general ledger clearing accounts and execute the recording / release of applicable documents.
• Exception Tracking :  Maintain and report on document exception tracking.
