Assistant-Occupational Health

About the Role

Performs intermediate level clerical work for department under general supervision which may include : general office functions, basic correspondence, filing, data entry, answering phone calls, managing appointments, creating reports, editing or proofing documents or outgoing communication. May be asked to fulfill clinical responsibilities as defined in the Medical Office Assistant scope of practice.

Minimum Job Qualifications

• Licensure or other certifications : None
• Educational Requirements : High School Diploma
• Minimum Experience : Must have data entry and computer experience. Three (3) - five (5) years of clerical experience
• Other : Must pass MOA skills test
