What You'll Do
As our Used Car Sales Manager, you'll take charge of a dynamic team and oversee the full used car sales cycle-from inventory to contracts-with a hands-on, customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Desk deals, manage leads, and drive sales performance daily
- Ensure timely collection of contracts, rebates, and paperwork
- Monitor and manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing strategy
- Maintain strong gross profit margins and high customer satisfaction scores
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
- Collaborate with the F&I department to increase backend profitability
- Analyze market trends and implement action plans for continued growth
