ABOUT THE JOB
This role leads the optimization and post-go-live integration of RADAR's platform across pilot and fleet deployments. You will act as the main liaison between RADAR's engineering organization and retail customers, ensuring ongoing success and scale of the solution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to surface performance issues, quantify performance, and implement improvements to maximize value for the customer.

At RADAR, your pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role is an exempt position with a salary range of $79,000–$144,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401(k) plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.
