Position Overview
The Field Sales Representative is part of a collaborative sales team focused on driving retail growth by supporting and strengthening relationships with The Clara Williams Company’s luxury retail partners. Working alongside Inside Sales and Customer Support, this role helps manage communication, deliver product updates, attend trunk shows and tradeshows, and gather consumer insights to support the team’s goal of increasing sales and deepening partnerships.
This position requires extensive travel (approx. 70% of the week, including some weekends) to represent The Clara Williams Company brand at trunk shows, trade shows, and in-store visits. Over time, the role will expand to generating new business and securing additional retail accounts, playing a pivotal role in sustaining and growing The Clara Williams Company’s presence in the designer jewelry market.
Key Responsibilities
Account Growth & Partner Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow retail partnerships, contributing to consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
- Assist in managing ongoing account communication, including product launches, pricing updates, and promotional opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Deliver a significant portion of sales through repeat client business while identifying new opportunities for expansion.
- Capture and maintain client data in HubSpot, managing opportunity pipelines and activity logs.
- Conduct product knowledge sessions with retail partners and their sales associates to ensure consistent brand storytelling and upselling in-store.
- Support retail partners in cultivating VIP clients and collectors.
- Provide sales data and tools, training materials, and support to help partners achieve sell-through success.
Brand Presence & Events
Ensure collections are properly displayed according to brand standards.Collaborate with retailers on seasonal product placements, display updates, and promotional materials to maximize visibility and sales.Participate in trunk shows, trade shows, and partner events as part of the sales team, ensuring the brand is consistently showcased with excellence.Partner with retailers to identify and cultivate high-value consumers (VIPs, collectors, and repeat buyers).Collaborate with Inside Sales and Performance Marketing teams to maximize event ROI through coordinated outreach and follow-up.Business Development & Service Excellence
Over time, prospect, qualify, and close new retail accounts in partnership with the sales team.Support company growth initiatives while helping balance client needs and brand objectives.Work closely with Inside Sales and Customer Support as well as fellow Field Sales Representatives in a transparent, collaborative, and supportive way to drive results.Uphold best-in-class luxury service expectations in all interactions with store owners, associates, and end consumers.Serve as the face of The Clara Williams Company, embodying the brand’s designer jewelry positioning and storytelling.Requirements
2–3 years of sales or account management experience.Interest in luxury retail, designer jewelry, or fashion is a plus.Demonstrated ability to grow existing accounts and / or contribute to new business development.Ability to travel extensively (approx. 70% of the work week, including some weekends).Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with store owners, managers, sales associates, and high-end consumers.Proven ability to work collaboratively within a sales team to achieve shared goals.Strong organizational and planning skills; comfort using CRM tools (HubSpot), Excel, and PowerPoint.Professional presence with the ability to authentically represent The Clara Williams Company brand and deliver a luxury service experience.Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to monitor account performance and support growth opportunities.Benefits

This role offers a base salary of $55,000 plus performance-based incentives of up to $20,000 annually, for an on-target earnings potential of $75,000. All work-related travel expenses (airfare, lodging, mileage, per diem) are fully covered by The Clara Williams Company.
