Qualifications

COMMUNICATION : Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language as well as medical terminology related to the job.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Ability to gain access to the work area and then safely perform the duties of the job while utilizing standard and specialized equipment. Vision and hearing within normal limits (with or without correction). Must have unrestricted lift / push / pull ability of 25 - pounds, demonstrating strength and agility at Tabitha’s discretion.

AGE REQUIREMENT : At least age 18.

EDUCATION : Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.

EXPERIENCE : Experience as long-term care administrator, required. Management / supervisory experience or training is preferred.

CREDENTIALS : Nursing Home Administrator’s License – State of Nebraska, required. Assisted Living Administrator's License - State of Nebraska, preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 6 months. Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain insurability under corporate insurance plan.
