Schedule : Weekdays, SHIFTS BETWEEN 7-6
Compensation : $17.00 - $20.00 / hour - based on experience

Responsibilities
Greet and register patients and provide information about what to expect during their visit and information about their next appointment as they check outSchedule patient appointments in person and via phoneCollect co-pays from patients, manage payer approvals and conduct insurance authorizations and verificationsRegular communication with parties such as therapists, insurance companies, attorney offices, translation companies, market operational leaders and business development teamQualifications

1 Year of Medical Office ExperiencePhysical Requirements :
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with co-workers and patientsAbility to multi-task phone, computer, and in-person interactionsAbility to use computer scheduling software (with appropriate training)Visual acuity (near and distant) sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written directionAbility to speak and hear sufficiently to understand and give directionsAppropriate manual dexterity to enable typing (including 10-key) and mouse use throughout a work day / shiftAbility to walk, stand, bend, and reach consistently throughout a work day / shiftAbility to lift up to 25lbs, safely, from ground to waist using proper body mechanicsAbility to carry office supplies up to 10lbsEqual Opportunity Employer
