Overview

Seeking a Product Specialist (SME) experienced in WebSphere Administration , Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) , and containerized application platforms (Linux / AIX) in multi-tier enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and upgrade WebSphere Application Server (AIX / Linux).

Monitor and troubleshoot application / system performance; implement fixes and automation (shell scripting).

Work with Apache, IBM HTTP Server, IIS , and manage SSL / application security.

Support CI / CD (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Nexus) and version control (Git, SVN) .

Manage containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).

Support cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and implement IaC using Azure pipelines.

Collaborate across teams to resolve complex middleware and infrastructure issues.

Required Skills

10+ years’ experience in enterprise system administration.

Expertise in WebSphere , Linux / AIX , cloud platforms , and containers .

Strong knowledge of networking, storage, IAM, monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace) .

Advanced troubleshooting, automation, and communication skills.

24x7 support rotation experience preferred.

Preferred Certifications

WebSphere, AIX / Unix, Linux, Azure CI / CD, AWS, RedHat OpenShift, Docker, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript.
