Job Overview :

As a Remote Booking Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities. You will use your knowledge of the travel industry and excellent customer service skills to provide our clients with the best possible travel options and ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to understand their travel needs and preferences
• Research and recommend travel options based on client's budget, destination, and other requirements
• Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities for clients using our booking system and other online platforms
• Process payments and issue tickets, vouchers, and other travel documents
• Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel information, including visa requirements, travel insurance, and health and safety precautions
• Handle any changes or cancellations to bookings and assist clients with rebooking if necessary
• Stay updated on industry trends, new travel products, and promotions to offer the best deals to clients
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all bookings and client interactions
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient booking process for clients
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
