Locum Physician (MD / DO) - Cardiology - General / Other in Kansas

We are seeking a well-rounded Cardiologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Kansas, starting Feb 13, 2026. This role offers a mix of outpatient clinic, inpatient consults and rounding, and on-call coverage, with day shifts Monday through Friday and call responsibilities during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Job Details Location : Kansas Start Date : Feb 13, 2026 LOA : 120 days Provider Type Needed : Cardiologist Schedule : Monday through Friday 8am-5pm; on call weekdays 5pm-7am, 24 hours on weekends and holidays Responsibilities and Duties Provide general cardiology care in an outpatient clinic setting as needed Perform hospital service rounding, consults, and scheduled procedures Respond to calls within 5-10 minutes by phone and be present in person within 30 minutes as required Cover general cardiology hospital rounds during weekends and holidays Participate in ongoing call coverage for evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional Information Board certification in Cardiology required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Must hold or be eligible for a Kansas medical license Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
