What Youll Do :

  • Assist customers with hardware and software troubleshooting to resolve their tech issues.
  • Keep customers updated on their service requests and provide timely support.
  • Work with supervisors and different departments to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Advocate for customers to ensure high satisfaction and a seamless experience .
  • Recommend the best hardware solutions to fit customers gaming and performance needs.

  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Solid understanding of PC operating systems and common software applications.
  • Hands-on experience with PC hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to match technical resources to customer issues effectively.
