Job Title : RN On-Call

Schedule : 7 on 7 off, full-time salary paid

Job overview : Luminos Hospice is seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call RN to join our team. As an On-Call RN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients during off-hours and weekends. Primary functions are to administer nursing care for patients of all ages in their place of residence and to coordinate care with the Interdisciplinary Group / Team, patients, families, and referring agency. Assumes the responsibility for, and participates in, the coordination of care.
