Shift : Days, 7 : 00am – 3 : 30pm (8-hour shifts)

Weekly Hours : 40 (Guaranteed 36 hours)

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2210 - $2370 per week

Systems Access : EPIC & PYXIS

On-Call Pager : $3 per hour

Residency Requirement : Must reside outside a 60-mile radius

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio or compact nursing license

Minimum 1 year recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience

Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)

Experience with EPIC and PYXIS healthcare systems preferred

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Operating Room Nurse Responsibilities

Deliver professional nursing care to surgical patients in the Operating Room

Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and clinical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain a safe, sterile, and supportive healthcare environment

Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC

Provide patient and family education as needed

Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
