Chief Human Resources Officer

Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milwaukee, WI. The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will oversee the Human Resources department, manage HR staff, and develop HR policies and strategies. The CHRO will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensation. They will also work closely with school leadership to align HR initiatives with the school's mission and goals.

Established in 2000, Milwaukee Academy of Science (MAS) is a public charter school serving over 1,400 K4-12th grade students from across the city, located in the Avenues West neighborhood.
