Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines across the Employee Benefits and Insurance division, including : Employee Benefits (health, dental, life, disability, voluntary benefits, etc.), Human Capital Management (HCM), including payroll solutions and services, Retirement and Investment Services, Property and Casualty Insurance
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage talent with expertise in these industries and specialties.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, and talent pools within benefits, insurance, HCM, retirement, and P&C to ensure proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates who have niche backgrounds in these areas, ensuring a steady pipeline for current and future openings.
