ACCOUNTING MANAGER - 3PL

We’re looking for a sharp, driven  Accounting Manager  who’s ready to take charge of the numbers, keep the cash flowing, and put processes in place that make a real difference every single day.

What You’ll Do

Lead the daily accounting game : payables, receivables, settlements — you’ve got it all covered.

Keep invoices flowing smoothly through TriumphPay (or similar platforms).

Manage vendor payments, ACH, and weekly settlements like a pro.

Stay ahead of the curve with accurate tax filings, 1099s, and compliance.

Own the month-end close process with timely reconciliations and reporting.

Team up with operations to make financial workflows faster and smarter.

Keep a close eye on collections and resolve receivables with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

Solid accounting experience — bonus points if it’s in logistics, freight, or transportation.

You know AP / AR inside and out and can handle reporting and collections with ease.

Familiarity with TriumphPay or similar payment platforms (big plus!).

Comfort with settlements, ACH, and Positive Pay processes.

The ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detail-obsessed, organized, and always ready to problem-solve.
