LOCUM NURSE PRACTITIONER GERIATRIC MEDICINE

BoldAge PACE Oceanport, NJ. Proudly serving Monmouth County s elderly population.

Assignment Details

  • Start Date : Targeting August 25, 2025
  • Duration : 3 months (with potential extension)
  • Schedule : Monday Friday, 8AM 5PM or 8AM 4 : 30PM
  • Setting : PACE Health Clinic & Day Center
  • Patient Volume : 2 8 participants / day
  • EMR : PACE Care Online
  • Support Staff : CMA and nurses provided
  • Call : Every third week, triaged by RN

Candidate Requirements

  • NP : FNP, AGNP, or ACAGNP
  • Board Certified via ANCC or AANP
  • Active NJ license
  • DEA & CDS required
  • ACLS & BLS
  • 3 5 years RN experience preferred
  • At least 1 2 years of NP experience with elderly population required

    • Compensation : discussed by phone
