Position Description :

Augmenta Consulting is looking for a full-time, in-person Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our Jacksonville team. In this role, you’ll represent well-known brands, connect with customers face-to-face, and learn how to manage client relationships from start to finish.

If you’re motivated, people-oriented, and excited to grow, we’ll give you all the tools and training you need to succeed.

Responsibilities :

Work directly with customers to explain product offerings and help them choose the right solution

Represent national clients with professionalism and confidence

Develop new accounts and maintain positive relationships with existing customers

Meet or exceed weekly goals and performance metrics

Work closely with team members and leadership to improve campaign success

Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to grow your sales and leadership skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Full-time availability, Monday through Friday and weekends as needed

Reliable transportation for local travel
