Under general direction, responsible for developing a plan and monitoring the activities that are necessary to complete a business analysis effort. Operates independently; has in-depth knowledge of business unit / function. Serves as lead consultant / analyst on large and / or complex projects such as strategic change management, new business / product initiatives.

Major Duties :
- Develops a plan and monitors the activities that are necessary to complete a business analysis effort by identifying the stakeholders selection of business analysis techniques and process that will be used to manage requirements, and how to assess the progress of work.
- Provides comprehensive consulting and leadership to stakeholders to identify and understand their needs, concerns, and environment or business in which they work.
- Provides assurance to stakeholder that their underlying needs are understood through continuance communication and documenting them for verifications.
- Responsible for managing complex conflicts, issues and changes to requirements in order to ensure stakeholders and the project team are in agreement on the solution scope, how requirements are communicated and how the knowledge obtained is maintained for future use.
- Provides leadership in identifying and understanding the business need, refines and clarifies the definition for that need, and executes a plan to develop a solution scope that can feasibly be implemented by the business.
- Being able to drive the conversations with internal / external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the development of the business case.
- Designs and recommends a prioritize plan for the solution requirements that meet the needs of the sponsoring organization.
- Plans and analyzes the stakeholder needs to define solutions that meet those needs, assessing the current state of the business to identify and recommend improvements, and the verification and validation of the resulting requirements.
- Creation of Business Requirement Documents or operational readiness documents for assigned projects.
- Leads the effort to create a proposal for solutions which best fit the business need, identifies gaps and shortcomings in solutions, and determines and designs what is necessary work-around or changes to the solution.
- Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically difficult.
- Execution of UAT testing, test scripts, test scenarios if applicable on assigned projects.
- Technical experts without management responsibilities, seen as key advisors on significant business decisions.
- Keeps abreast of emerging industry trends.
- Maintains regular contact with peers internal and external to firm, including regulators and professional organizations.
Knowledge :
Must have in depth knowledge in all of the business analyst functional competencies. Requires in depth knowledge and experience in business specific and industry knowledge and fundamentals.Must have experience and an expert in a wide range of situations, deals and complex situations.Requires excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Has the ability to modify standards or processes to adapt to unusual situations.Able to provide technical and comprehensive consultative and leadership to peers and others.Requires strong leadership, negotiation and conflict management skills.Experience :
Requires a college or university degree and / or relevant proven work experience, and strong leadership that provides knowledge and skills to the functional business.Demonstrates strong experience in change initiatives, covering such areas as operations, IT and product development, with a track record of accomplishment in large projects and initiatives.Salary Range : $83,100 - $141,300 USD
