A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Global Technical Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical application support and training for civil engineering software
Produce training materials and act as a consultant for engineering firms and government organizations
Convey user feedback to product development and assist in resolving application issues
Required Qualifications
Civil Engineering degree or equivalent training and experience
1-5 years of experience in road, rail, and site design preferred
Prior experience with OpenRoads Designer, InRoads, GEOPAK, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or Civil3D strongly preferred
Professional Engineer license is a bonus
English language proficiency
