Experience with research tools such as Qualtrics, Medallia, Full Story, and analysis tools like SPSS, SQL, SAS. Experience with product research, including end-to-end, usability, or generative research. A portfolio demonstrating past work experience and deliverables. UX Researcher
Location : Fully Remote, must sit EST or CST.
Pay Range : $70-80 per hr.
Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and digital solutions industry, is seeking a UX Researcher to join their team. As a UX Researcher, you will be part of the Insights & Intelligence Department supporting the Experience Research and Design team. The ideal candidate will have strong research skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering actionable insights that shape innovative products and services.
Responsibilities
- Define and measure quantitative UX goals and metrics to assess digital experience success.
- Identify and frame strategic problems, own the research lifecycle, and translate insights to influence product decisions and roadmaps.
- Conduct statistical analysis to extract key insights from data and communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Support product teams across software and hardware to plan, launch, and analyze surveys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to demonstrate the value of quantitative user research and guide product direction.
