job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAnswer a broad range of inbound calls (in support of clients) in a professional, energetic, and positive manner. Respond accurately and thoroughly to caller inquiries and document call details accordingly. Must be a resourceful and creative problem solver who can work with team members to find solutions. Ensure compliance in all areas of processing, completing all transactions timely and accurately. Take accountability for the entire process from receipt of work to resolution. Prior benefit administration, insurance brokerage, or insurance provider experience is preferred but not required. Service Center and / or Customer Service Experience is Required. Strong customer-centric mindset. Comfortable with technology – we are a technology company! Competitive, team player who strives for excellence. Strong interpersonal skills to find success in every opportunity. Internet speeds of above 20 Mbps (Download) and 5 Mbps (Upload). Ethernet Cable Connection Highly Recommended. Businessolver will provide a comprehensive training program prior to "going live". All training sessions will be completed from the convenience of your home office. We are looking for candidates who can start on September 8th, 2025!
- The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour based on experience & niche skills (including COBRA, Retiree, etc.)
- 100% Remote - Work & Train from Your Home
- Available shifts are eight-hour work days (M-F) ending at 7 : 00 PM CST (8 : 00 PM EST, 6 : 00 PM MST & 5 : 00 PM PST)
- Licensed (Life and Health) or Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) candidates will earn an additional $2.00 per hour
We are seeking full-time employees (Advocates) to support our clients by taking calls regarding employee benefit enrollment. This is a meaningful role in which you can take pride in knowing that at the other end of our technology is a person, a family member, or a loved one that needs your support.
