Operating Superintendent

We are urgently looking for an experienced Operating Superintendent for a well-established excavation and grading contractor in the Kansas City area. This is a long-term role with steady local workhome every night.

What You'll Do :

• Lead crews on commercial, residential, and mining excavation / grading projects
• Operate equipment while managing daily field operations
• Coordinate with PMs, clients, and inspectors to keep projects on track
• Enforce safety, schedule, and quality standards on site
