Travel Nurse Job Details Location : Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 (Iowa nursing jobs) Healthcare Setting : Operating Room (OR) – 14-bed unit Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 11 / 10 / 2025 – End : 2 / 9 / 2026) Shift : 4x10 hour day shifts / week (6 : 30am – 5 : 00pm), 40 hours / week On-Call : One night per week and up to one weekend per month EMR System : EPIC Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,190 - $2,350 (based on experience and qualifications) Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license required Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA) Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room RN experience Strong circulating experience across diverse surgical cases Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery required Proficiency with EPIC EMR Scrub experience preferred No first-time travelers (prior travel nursing experience preferred) Submission of work history / resume, skills checklist (completed within 1 year), license verification, required certifications, and professional references OR RN Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care in the Operating Room as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team Circulate and assist in a wide range of surgical procedures, including those using DaVinci robotic technology Participate in on-call rotation (one night per week, up to one weekend per month) Document and manage patient care using EPIC EMR Promote patient safety and support positive surgical outcomes Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical best practices Discover the benefits of working in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and join a supportive healthcare team dedicated to excellence in patient care.
