Responsibilities
- Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
- Accurately and compassionately schedules / re-schedules / cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
- Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
- Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA).
- Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence.
Qualifications
Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.Excellent computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.Preferred Job Requirements :
Associate's Degree in a related field of study.A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a healthcare field / role or call center environment.1 Year healthcare background / experience and / or call center experience.
