Role Description

The Registered Nurse will provide quality home health care to clients, ensuring their safety, support, and dignity. Daily tasks include administering medications, monitoring patient health, performing routine check-ups, assessing patient needs, and coordinating with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care. The Registered Nurse will also be responsible for educating patients and families about health care plans and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in administering medications and monitoring patient health
• Skills in performing routine check-ups and assessing patient needs
• Ability to coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Effective patient and family education regarding health care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred
• Previous experience in home health care is a plus
• Ability to work flexibly and independently
