Job Title : Maintenance Repair Worker

Location : Brooksville, FL 34604

Duration : 12 Months

Type : Contract | Onsite (In Person)

Rate : $15.95 / hr on 1099

Work Environment

Outdoor yard and indoor building maintenance

Must work in varying weather conditions and terrains

Steel-toed boots required (other safety gear and supplies will be provided)

May operate Kioti equipment on grounds (not on public roadways)

Key Responsibilities

Perform landscaping and outdoor cleaning tasks

Power wash, clean outdoor windows, and maintain exterior areas

Assist with light repairs, including plumbing, flooring, carpentry, and painting

Replace light bulbs and maintain facility cleanliness

Operate and maintain lawn mowers, weed trimmers, pressure washers, and hand / power tools

Support Supervisor with manual labor and equipment cleaning

Collaborate with vendors when needed for repairs

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Abilities

English proficiency (verbal and written)

Ability to read and understand maintenance reports and instructions

Maintain effective working relationships with team members and supervisors

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform bending, climbing, or crawling as needed

Requirements

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

Must pass Level 1 background screening (7-year criminal, SSN validation, and sex offender check)

2+ years of experience in :

Yard maintenance and power washing

Building maintenance (light plumbing, painting)

Skilled in operating lawn mowers, weed trimmers, and pressure washers

Handy Man License (preferred but not required)
