Mandate :
Reporting to the Senior Brokerage Manager, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality and productivity of the Brokerage department while working in collaboration with our customs and freight departments Managers.
Major duties include :
- Oversees the performance of the Customs Associates on a daily basis by maintaining a high standard of accuracy, productivity and overall moral.
- Evaluates the team of Raters on performance and productivity.
- Assists Customs Managers on special projects as needed.
- Optimizes productivity of the team in collaboration with the Customs Managers.
- Analysis on improving the operation in collaboration with the Customs Managers.
Assists the Customs Managers to identify and resolve any issues associated with daily operations including client disputes.
