Litigation Associate

A leading litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Associate – Professional Liability & General Litigation to join their team, handling a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas. Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied docket that includes professional liability, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, public entity defense, general liability, and employment matters
• Handle depositions, motion practice, hearings, and oral arguments with increasing independence.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
• Develop case strategy and provide risk assessment in collaboration with partners.
• Represent clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative bodies.
• Maintain direct communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
