Medical Director - Regional

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to serve as the Regional Medical Director (RMD) for our Orlando Health System facilities in the Orlando area. This is an exceptional leadership opportunity for a physician passionate about clinical excellence, operational strategy, and team development. This role offers a 50 / 50 split between clinical practice and dedicated leadership responsibilities, with a high-level focus on work / life balance. The RMD will serve as the physician executive responsible for driving quality care, operational efficiency, and financial performance across the Orlando Health book of business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

Clinical & Operational Leadership

The RMD will be a key leader in all aspects of division management and is expected to guide the market to both clinical and financial success. Responsibilities include :
