Responsibilities :
- Engage and build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and guiding them through the car buying process.
- Showcase Ford vehicles, explaining features, benefits, and answering customer inquiries.
- Conduct test drives, ensuring a memorable and informative experience for potential buyers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences, budget, and lifestyle.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the dealership's overall success.
- Stay updated on the latest Ford models, industry trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training and development.
Requirements :
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry (though not mandatory).Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers of diverse backgrounds.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Familiarity with automotive financing and dealership processes is an asset.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Why Join Ford of Prosser :
