Paint Repair Tech Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Paint Repair Tech that has worked in a high quality environment to join our team. This role involves experience in body repair and spray equipment experience in a high quality environment. Experience in Residential or RV’s preferred. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, experienced, and able to work efficiently in fast paced, piece rate compensation structure and high quality working environment. We are looking for highly motivated, team oriented individuals who want to be a part of building an amazing product for an amazing company.

Paint Repair Tech Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Surface prepping, repairing and painting exterior of the unit.
  • Restore structural integrity of the unit and unit’s overall appearance.

    • Paint Repair Tech Knowledge, Skills, Abilities :

  • Minimum of 5 years of body repair and spray equipment experience in a high quality environment. RV or Residential experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently and maintain high quality standards under a piece rate compensation system.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
