We build and operate automated factories for composite materials, delivering components to Tier 1 and OEMs, with three main divisions focused on automated production machines, software design and tools, and factory operations. As we scale, we're expanding into the US and Europe and are seeking a candidate to lead our U.S. expansion on-site.

Location : Dayton, OH

What will you be doing?

• Coordinate site setup, equipment commissioning, and contractor scheduling
• Manage day-to-day operations across fabrication, stores, and general services
• Oversee shift scheduling, entry-level hiring, and basic training needs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site procedures
• Serve as point of contact for local suppliers, vendors, and facility support
• Liaise regularly with UK Directors to maintain reporting and alignment
• P&L responsibility
