Project Manager

On behalf of our marketing client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for an 18-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Austin office.

Project Manager - Job Description :

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management and successful delivery of various projects across digital, video, print, and social media channels. This role involves leading campaigns in collaboration with internal teams, marketing partners, business stakeholders, and external technical teams to ensure project success.

Project Manager - Responsibilities :

  • Develop strong partnerships with the account team to provide a unified voice of the agency to marketing partners
  • Provide accurate assessments and counsel during project pipeline planning and project intake conversations
  • Run projects of all Tiers with agency resources, from project intake to delivery to project retrospective analysis
  • Manage marketing partner expectations on projects, including timing, scope, and next steps
  • Manage workflow using the agency’s project management system, Workfront
  • Move projects forward by removing blockers, mitigating risks and escalating friction points
  • Act as liaison between technical, strategy, creative, account, and production teams

Project Manager - Mandatory Skills :

  • Proven track record of success delivering medium and large-scale projects
  • Experience working within an established agency, consultancy, or marketing firm
  • Experience managing marketing asset types including emails, social media, and webpages
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and provide alternate solutions
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with enterprise-level project management tools such as Workfront, JIRA, or Basecamp
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience in highly regulated environments or at a financial institution
  • Exposure to campaign management, measurement, and analysis
  • Adaptability to manage projects with iterative, organizational workflow process changes
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to operate in an environment with deadlines and changing demands
  • Proficiency with Windows
