Assistant Store Manager Reports to : Store Manager

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary Range : $40- $44k annually with quarterly bonus

Experience : Some management experience in a retail or food service environment is strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the Store Manager in the day to day out operations.
• Lead, supervise, and train all employees in every phase of product preparation, including product portioning, packaging, and cleaning duties.
• Manage cost controls and inventory.
• Manage store scheduling.
• Make sound judgments under pressure and in fast-paced situations.
• Effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities to staff.
