What you’ll be doing

  • Use established recipes to make consistent products
  • Clean food-prep equipment and maintain cleanliness of area
  • Check production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods
  • Make sure items are covered, stored and dated properly
  • Rotate stock using first in, first out method
  • Change food containers in coolers / freezers as needed – noting date prepared

  • Experience with kitchen equipment and cooking

  • Full-time position
  • Work hours :  1 : 30PM - 9 : 00PM / 10 : 00PM
  • No Sunday hours
  • Work rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
