Asset and Equipment Specialist
Morrow-Meadows Corporation is accepting applications for a full-time Asset & Equipment Manager located in our Hayward office. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Asset & Equipment Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Morrow-Meadows Corp tool warehouse. They will assist Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Manager in maintaining the warehouse, assisting delivery drivers, and helping the Purchasing Manager distribute and track company-owned electrical tools. In addition, the Asset & Equipment Specialist will need to develop and maintain a strong relationship with field management personnel, providing administrative support to meet the project’s schedule and ensuring the success of the field management team.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee both shipping and receiving of tools and if required materials
- Help with tasks assigned to other team members.
- Maintain tool warehouse for cleanliness and safety
- Update company assets daily in the company tool / asset tracking software program (currently Remarkable)
- Help delivery drivers and warehouse subordinates
- Assist in the inspection of tools and equipment regularly to maintain a high-quality tool fleet
- Route tool / warehouse deliveries efficiently to save labor and fuel
- Work closely with the Purchasing Department to facilitate material pickups from the warehouse
- Assist in the scheduling of deliveries to job sites on time to meet the job schedule and ensure the success of the project supervision team
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of company-owned tools and equipment with the Warehouse and Purchasing managers
- Assist in the processing of field-generated tool requisitions in a reasonable and accurate manner
- Promote safe work practices and culture. Motivate and inspire team crew members positively.
- Assist in maintaining vehicle service and maintenance records.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the Purchasing Manager
Requirements :

The salary range for this position is : $80,000.00-100,000.00 Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
