Job Description

Key responsibilities for Sr. Superintendent OSHPD Construction in Los Angeles :

Lead and manage OSHPD construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project timelines and budgets.
Implement and oversee safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all team members.
Review and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure project accuracy.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve project challenges, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ensure quality control measures are in place and adhered to throughout the construction process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Superintendent OSHPD Construction should have :

Minimum 10 years of experience in building and construction, with at least 5 years in OSHPD healthcare projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities.

Deep understanding of OSHPD regulations, inspections, and documentation.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
