This independent practice role offers consistent scheduling, a supportive surgical team, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact in a close-knit community setting. Assignment Highlights Location : Devils Lake, North Dakota Contract Type : Locum Tenens – CRNA Setting : Community Hospital (CRNA-Only Practice) Start Date : ASAP Duration : Ongoing, long-term need Schedule : 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation Monday–Friday | 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM Call : 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM while on assignment Team Model : Solo coverage – 1 CRNA per day Case Mix General Surgery Orthopedics Endoscopy Obstetrics Urology Ophthalmology Must be proficient in Spinals, Blocks, and Epidurals Role Overview Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and obtain patient consent Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical and diagnostic procedures Ensure safe emergence and post-procedure recovery Collaborate with surgical and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes Provide 24-hour anesthesia call coverage during rotation Candidate Requirements Licensure : Active North Dakota RN CRNA license (required) Certification : BLS & ACLS (required) Education : Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program Experience : Comfortable working independently in a rural hospital environment Board Status : Certified or recertified by the NBCRNA Why This Opportunity?
