FTE : 1.0 Shift : Day Schedule : M-F with shared call
Base Compensation : $670,000.00, plus Quality bonus and call pay

Requirements
- Board certified / eligible at time of employment
- Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
