job_description.job_card.job_descriptionSustain and grow relationships with a defined portfolio of clients, providing strategic advice on technology and business outcomes Collaborate with Expert Partners and Managing Partners to deliver optimal solutions for clients Lead and build high-performing teams that leverage technology for public sector priorities Manage multiple client priorities and deliver exceptional service Adapt Gartner frameworks and methodologies to address client challenges effectively Experience working with state and local government clients within the health and human services domain Expertise with ERP systems and transformations (e.g., Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SAP S / 4HANA Cloud) Proven experience in project delivery and sales within a management consultancy A consistent track record of leading teams and driving client success Ability to inspire and motivate diverse professionals towards common goals MBA or other advanced degree Comfort in building trust-based relationships with senior executives Proven track record in achieving or exceeding revenue targets Coachable attitude, embracing feedback for continuous improvement Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary
